Conditions for a Refund
We have established specific conditions at Howeyah Digital Solutions for refund requests. These conditions are:
- If there is a malfunction in video playback and you cannot access the course content due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
- You must inform our customer service team about the issue within 24 hours from the time of purchasing the course and gaining access.
- Please note that a “malfunction” refers to issues originating from Howeyah’s platform, not problems on the client’s side. This includes issues such as slow internet, personal device malfunctions, or browser incompatibility with the platform’s requirements. We advise reviewing the platform’s technical requirements before purchasing a course.
- If you have not opened any of the course videos, including any downloadable videos or files. However, the request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
Under no circumstances will a refund request be granted in the following situations:
- Exceeding the specified period, i.e., 24 hours have passed since the course was purchased.
- Watching 10% or more of the course content, even if it is within the first 24 hours of purchase.
- Requesting a refund due to dissatisfaction with the content after watching a significant portion of the course.
- Citing personal circumstances, whether health-related, personal, or any other reason not related to the quality or availability of the course.

To have the funds returned to your account due to a technical issue or any of the aforementioned conditions, please follow these steps:

Our support team will review the details of your request and verify the technical issue or the percentage of content viewed, in accordance with our policy.
If your request is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 7–14 business days. You will be notified by email once the process is complete.
