Develop and build AI and machine learning models and systems, and integrate them programmatically into applications and platforms, turning data into smart solutions that improve business efficiency and enhance user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and build AI-powered tools and features within the company’s services.
- Connect and integrate LLM APIs and design prompts effectively.
- Build data pipelines that support training or improving the performance of smart tools.
- Design a technical architecture that allows AI models to be efficiently integrated into web and mobile apps.
- Manage API consumption (token usage, rate limits, cost optimization) to ensure the economic efficiency of the solutions delivered.
- Apply techniques like RAG or fine-tuning when needed to improve output accuracy.
- Test AI model outputs and verify their accuracy and cultural/linguistic fit.
- Set up verification mechanisms for outputs before showing them to the end user.
- Monitor the performance of smart tools after launch and continuously improve them based on real usage behavior.
- Ensure user data protection when working with external AI models, and avoid leaking sensitive information within prompts.
- Comply with policies and regulations related to privacy and the ethical use of AI.
- Coordinate with other teams (backend, frontend, and mobile) to integrate AI features into the company’s products.
- Document the prompts, models used, and any technical settings to facilitate maintenance and development.
- Save final files and versions in the company’s official designated paths.
- Continuously follow the latest developments in large language models and related tools.
- Treat AI not just as an end product, but as a daily work tool to speed up work.
- Evaluate new models and tools for accuracy, cost, and performance before adopting them in company projects.
- Share any useful new technology or tool with the team to raise overall efficiency and keep up with the field’s rapid pace.
Ownership of Assets, Intellectual Property, and Data
- Ownership of Code and Files: All source codes, APIs, files, designs, strategies, plans, and innovative solutions shall be considered the exclusive and private property of Howeyah Digital Solutions. The employee is not entitled to retain personal copies or transfer any of these assets outside the company’s work environment.
- Paid Software and Tools: The company provides subscriptions to paid tools and AI-powered tools strictly for work-related purposes only. Using these tools for personal purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Work Accounts and Confidentiality: All work must be conducted exclusively through company-owned accounts (official software platforms, official emails, servers, and company cloud storage). Sharing login credentials or client data with any external party or through personal communication channels is strictly prohibited.
- Documentation of Client Communication: All client interactions and communications must be conducted exclusively through official company accounts. Employees are not permitted to use personal emails or personal accounts for business-related work. In exceptional circumstances where a personal channel must be used, prior approval from management is required. Once the reason for using the personal channel ends, all work materials and communications must be fully transferred to the company account, becoming the sole property of the company, not merely granting access permissions.
- Personal Work Portfolio: Employees may request samples or screenshots of their completed work to include in their personal professional portfolio, provided they obtain prior approval from management and ensure that no tasks, projects, or materials belonging to colleagues or the company that they are not authorized to display are included.
Working Hours and Schedule
- Working Days: From Saturday to Thursday (Friday is the official weekly day off).
- Working Hours: 8 consecutive working hours per day, excluding a 40-minute break.
- Flexible Attendance: Working hours may start flexibly at any time between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
- Availability and Responsiveness: The employee is required to remain available, follow up, and actively engage during working hours.
